The crew
At Maize, every year there is a new round of crews. It means that anyone of us can propose a topic, an idea or an experiment that we want to try for R&D purposes; if we manage to bring at least four people on board, we can pitch it to a temporary committee that is elected by all employees. The top ideas are given a budget that is handled like it was a client’s project and the team has the year to produce an output.
Our team’s idea was to learn how to do UX Writing so that we could add it to our company’s offering. We have always been told that you can tell you know something when you are able to explain it effectively to someone else, so we decided to create this website.
